PNI Escort HP7120

This is a compact CB radio from the Romanian company PNI, it has been tested for function but needed the FM deviation reducing as it seemed a bit higher than it ought to be but otherwise is working fine.

The radio is supplied on the UK channels, it comes with the mic, a mounting bracket and a power lead with a cigarette lighter plug on it so you can use it right away with the right antenna.

The radio can be opened up to 10-metres via jumpers inside (the caps are not present so you'll have to source these yourself) and you'd need a frequency counter to know where you're transmitting and also a valid Amateur radio licence to be able to transmit there, also I don't believe there is any kind of repeater shift and no CTCSS so it's only any good for QRP simplex operation on the 10-metre band
