These are rather well-used and tired looking Midland 38 UK 80 channel CB radios, initial inspection and tests of the 24-volt capable set show their may have been some fiddling inside gone on but I've done my best with what limited equipment I have to sort that out, it produces around 3 watts on the UK channels, less on the EU channels as to undo the fiddling I've biased it towards the UK channels, the fiddling didn't seem to touch the receiver or, fortunately, the harmonic filter as that appeared clean on my spectrum analyser but it may be worth checking anyway, the 12V only variant seems untouched
Power switch on both radios is broken so has been linked out owing to lack of available replacement, the volume control works fine.
Low price given how this radio is, the 12/24V radio comes with the original mic and a hard wired power lead with bare ends, the 12V only version has a replacement mic and a cigarette lighter plug fitted to the power lead
